Social preview refresh guide
Request a fresh preview for each of the 19 website links, then compare the platform’s image with the intended photo below.
Sign in to your own platform accounts. These links open their tools; they do not refresh caches automatically. Old published posts may keep their original image.
- Open the page’s Facebook Debugger link below and sign in to Facebook.
- Confirm the exact URL, then select Debug.
- Select Scrape Again to request a fresh fetch.
- Compare the displayed link preview with the intended image. Check the latest scrape time and resolve any reported image errors.
- Copy the page URL below. Open Post Inspector and sign in if prompted.
- Paste the exact URL and select Inspect.
- Review the latest fetch time and image. Inspect again or use a re-scrape option if the result is still old.
- Compare the result with the intended photo, then paste the same URL into a new LinkedIn post to check the preview. No need to publish.

- Open X draft for the page below and sign in if prompted.
- Allow the link preview to load; compare it with the intended image. Do not publish just to test.
- If the preview is old or missing, discard the draft and check again later. X controls when it fetches the link again.
X has no confirmed manual cache-purge tool. A draft check is not a refresh guarantee; the former Card Validator should not be relied on.
